Class & Treatment Descriptions


This is an invigorating and uplifting practice combining elements of both Kundalini + Vinyasa yoga. Kundalini Yoga is an ancient art and science designed to awaken us to our highest potential. Vinyasa is a flowing practice that strengthens the body, stretches the muscles, relieves tension, and moves stagnant energy. This class will help you to generate energy, relieve stress, feel connected to your body, expand your heart, clear your mind, deliver you to a state of greater awareness.

We will start off by going over the breathing styles, what to expect along the journey, and how to self-regulate in a way that increases your resilience to present and future stressors, drama, and trauma. I will guide you through 1-3 different breathing techniques throughout our time together, depending on the needs of the group. I have a playlist of music that I will use to curate a space of self-exploration.

Sacred Space to connect to your mind, body and soul in a peaceful setting. The movements and meditations are designed specifically for mamas to bring comfort, ease and understanding to her prenatal and birthing journey. Prenatal Yoga is one of the best ways to prepare for birth as it opens, strengthens and relaxes a mothers body and mind for optimal health and well being in pregnancy. The space is held in sacredness and safety for mothers to connect to their body, pregnancy and other mothers. After class you will have the option of receiving Doula mentoring mini-sessions with Marissa.

This class is designed to help with range of motion, injuries, scar tissue, tension, muscle recovery (for athletes) or muscle function.  You will learn how to use self myofascial release techniques and deep stretches to ease tension. We will focus on releasing the neck, shoulders, low back, and hips. Leave feeling recharged, balanced and blissful. Led by Marybeth. See bio below

Pink Gradient

Join Gyongyi for an hour of healing vibes and renewing your energy under the full moon. October's full moon is called the hunter's moon as it is the time of year when hunters begin collecting food and storing it for the long and cold winter months ahead, according to the Old Farmer's Almanac. The moon, lunar energy and the left side of the body is considered feminine. Feminine energy is slow, cool, relaxing, more flowing. Full Moons are a time to embrace more feminine energy for both men and women. Participants will begin this class with gentle yoga postures followed by a group Reiki and sound healing meditation to enhance this relaxing experience.

Craniosacral therapy is a profoundly relaxing and gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. Cranialsacral with Amber Wright. See bio below.

Usui Reiki - a Japanese healing art founded by Mikao Usui, whose personal search to understand healing led him to Reiki. The Japanese word 'reiki' can be translated as 'universal life energy,' and the Usui System is a way of working with Reiki to heal self and others. Reiki is not associated with religion and has no dogma. The objective of a Reiki treatment is for the practitioner to direct energy (ki) to flow uninterruptedly through the body and create balance throughout the chakras and energy channels of the body. Shirodhara is a Third Eye Oil Treatment

A continuous flow of warm herb-infused oil is streamed over the forehead. This treatment dissolves accumulated stress from the mind and nervous system, stimulating your third eye point and allowing for a deep state of relaxation. This treatment is beneficial for various diseases related to the head and neck.

  • Allows us to drop into the Theta brain wave state

After Prenatal Yoga class you will have the option of receiving Doula mentoring mini-sessions with Marissa.  If you'd like to experience this, please bring your pregnancy, birth and postpartum related questions!  You will have a safe and compassionate space to explore your thoughts and feelings while gaining clarity and confidence on your birthing journey. Mentoring by Marissa Mignone. 

A 20-min counseling session to decipher where you may need emotional, energetic, and spiritual support in your life. Through this clarification process I then create a customized flower essence blend to support, guide and nourish you in your healing journey. Flower Essences are safe and natural plant medicine that facilitate profound emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing. Flower essences can shift deep-seated beliefs and patterns that have often been imprinted in childhood and are affecting us in our adulthood. The essences work to bring these patterns to the surface (from the subconscious to the conscious mind), so that we can acknowledge, feel, process, release, and heal.
