What classes are included in the 2-week and 1-month Unlimited?

Tues 9:30am Gentle Yoga, Tues 6:30pm Community Class, Fri 9:30am Mellow Flow & Sound Bath, Fri 12pm Kundalini Hour, Sat 9:30am Sacred Flow, and Sunday 9:30am Slow Flow & Sound Bath

What type of massage is included in the Massage packages?

It's a 60-min Massage. You may choose from the following; Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, or Abhyanga (Ayurveda Massage)

How do the Unlimited Packages work?

Your unlimited package will start the 1st day of the 1st class you take. If you choose Unlimited + Massage you must book your massage within the time frame of your Unlimited package.

Can I give one of these specials as a gift? 

Yes. I can create a digital gift card for you to send to your loved one.

How does the New Student Drop-in, Bring a Friend Promo, and 10-class pass special work?​

I don't have a way to register through the website so please text us at 530-414-8356 if you are interested in one of these specials.

When do the 10-class passes expire?

Within 6 months of your purchase date.
