Yin + Sound Healing with Kate & Tiff

Class Description

This is a rejuvenating practice that is great for those with limited mobility or anyone desiring to relieve stress, slow down, gently create space in the body, and increase flexibility. You will be guided through a Yin & Restorative yoga sequence (deep stretching, long holds, and using lots of props to support the body) while Tiffany offers a relaxing sound bath to guide you into a deep state of rest and relaxation. We will close the yoga practice with a guided Yoga Nidra, which is deep relaxation meditation done while you are lying down in Savasana (final rest pose).

Donation

Your donation is appreciated. Suggested donation is $15-$35. Pay what you can, and for those with ample funds feel free to increase your donation. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
